Important Notice: Updated Payment Rules and Procedures





Dear PawnHero customers,
At PawnHero, we are committed to providing you with convenient and transparent services. To ensure that our operations run smoothly and fairly for all our valued customers, we have implemented the following rules and procedures, which will be strictly enforced:



Pawn Renewal:

  • - Payment for pawn renewals must be made within 24 hours from the date of the approval of the renewal request but no later than the maturity date. Pawner will be notified of the approval of their renewal request via SMS and email.
  • - Penalties will be charged if payments are made beyond the maturity date, as stipulated in our terms and conditions (T&C).



Redemption:

  • - Payment for redemptions should be made on or before the maturity date, with no penalties incurred.
  • - In cases of payments made after the maturity date but on or before the default date, penalties will be applied as outlined in the T&C.



Payment Channels:
We offer several convenient payment channels for your ease of transaction:

  • - Over-the-Counter Cash Payment
  • - Security Bank Online
  • - Online Bank Payment via Bancnet, BDO, PNB, and UCPB
  • - 7-Eleven (7-CONNECT)
  • - Coins.ph



Payment Validation:
To ensure a quick and accurate payment process, customers are required to upload proof of
payment via our website's "Validate Loan Repayment" feature. Please note the following
details:

  • - Payment validation may take 1 to 3 business days.
  • - Once validated, a notification will be sent to the pawner via SMS and email.

Please be advised that PawnHero Pawnshop will be pausing all walk-in transactions from May 21 to June 1, 2022 in preparation for our office relocation. PawnHero Pawnshop will be relocating from the 7/F W Global Center, 30th St. cor. 9th Ave., Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City to 7/F Avecshares Center, 1132 University Parkway North, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City effective June 1, 2022.

During this time, we are encouraging our dear Pawners to utilize our online pawning services via website or the PawnHero mobile app. All our online services such as online pawning, loan renewal and redemption remain business as usual. Regular walk-in services will resume on June 2, 2022 at our new location.

New Three-Month Maximum Loan Term Policy

Effective March 15 2022, PawnHero Pawnshop Philippines, Inc. shall allow pawners up to 3 months initial loan term subject to approval. Rest assured that our new policy on loan terms shall comply with the applicable laws and regulations.

This three-month maximum loan duration limit policy shall not apply to existing loans made prior to March 15 2022.

Maximum of 1-month loan term still applies for electronic gadgets.

Please be advised that there will be a scheduled system maintenance activity on 7 November 2021, Sunday, starting at 8:00 AM until 11:59 PM. During the system maintenance, all PawnHero Pawnshop services such as pawning, loan renewal and loan redemption will be unavailable.

Due to this, all loan maturities and expirations falling on November 7 will automatically be moved to the next business day (November 8, Monday). Loan renewal and redemption requests must be submitted on or before November 8 (except on November 7, Sunday) to avoid accrued interests and penalties.
